Shipping Policy

  • We lovingly get your orders ready within 2-3 business days, and we take a breather on weekends and holidays. For our special pre-ordered items, we start the process within 2-3 business days from the time they land in our inventory.
  • Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll find a confirmation email with all the details in your inbox. If you can’t find it, it might have slipped into your spam folder. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you need another confirmation.
  • If you spot anything that needs adjusting in your order, don’t worry! Drop us a line straight away at support@primajane.com. Just remember, once your package is on its way, we’re unable to make any changes.
  • Please take a moment to double-check the shipping address you’ve given us. We want your order to find its way to you without a hitch! If an error in the address prevents delivery, we’ll refund your original order (excluding the shipping fee), and you can easily place your order again.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
